Pimentón Project: Chile’s Next Major Copper-Gold Porphyry

Located in the Central Chilean Copper Belt, the same Miocene porphyry trend hosting El Teniente, Andina, Los Bronces and Los Pelambres.

The Irruptive Team has a record of Major Discovery, Development, and Transaction and is backed by a strong foundation of investors.

The Pimentón Project hosts a copper-gold porphyry system with a 400mm tonne historic1 potential resource, access to infrastructure, and is located in the heart of some of the world's most prolific copper-gold mines. The Company is led by a team with a record of major discoveries in Chile that include Valeriano, Pascua Lama, and the Lagunas Norte project in Peru. The team is backed by deep, executive level expertise in mining engineering, drilling, finance and the Company has a strong treasury.

The team is also supported by a leading multi-generational Latin American mining family: the founders of NYSE-listed Buenaventura, alongside BlackRock and Franklin Templeton with over 30% insider share ownership and over 20% institutional ownership.

Environmental clearance for 10,000 m of additional drilling

The Company filed its environmental submission (DIA) in March 2026 and received environmental clearance on August 6, 2026.

Large-scale discovery potential

The Company holds an option to acquire, in stages, up to a 100% interest in the mining concessions comprising the Pimentón Project, pursuant to an earn-in agreement dated November 18, 2025 between Irruptive and Minera Tamidak Limitada. The interest is to be acquired through shareholdings in a Chilean joint venture company to which the concessions are to be contributed. Successive tranches are subject to the completion of staged exploration expenditures and to the sequential exercise of a series of purchase options; the failure to exercise any one option extinguishes the right to exercise those that follow it. The concessions are subject to a royalty in favour of two third parties. The full terms are set out in the Company’s Filing Statement dated July 20, 2026 and in the NI 43-101 technical report on the Project, both available on SEDAR+.

(1) Historical estimate of resource potential not prepared in accordance with the Canadian National Instrument NI 43-101 (NI 43-101). Resource potential was outlined by Rio Tinto in 2006 within an internal exploration report. The Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Not all Rio Tinto drillholes are NI 43-101 compliant.

Intervals are reported using a cut-off of CuEq >0.2% with three dilution samples (6 m) and no top-cut applied. CuEq = Cu% + (Au g/t × 0.86). Metal prices used are the two-year average (2024-2025): US$4.95/lb Cu and US$2,918/oz Au. Recoveries were assumed equal for all metals. CuEq is used for comparison purposes only. No metallurgical recovery testwork has been completed on the Project; equal recoveries have been assumed for all metals for illustrative purposes only, so the reported CuEq values may not be representative of recoverable or economically recoverable metal.

Why 3 Majors Drilled Pimentón Previously

The Opportunity

Pimentón copper-gold project overview

Historical exploration work with great results.

Majors previous exploration: Anglo American, Rio Tinto, and Cerro Grande Mining drilling programs & a geophysics program by First Quantum Minerals

Historical drillholes: 23 holes @ 14,456 m total, across district.

Rio Tinto (2006): 8DDH@ 3,891m; AA (2008): 2DDH@ 2,038m; Cerro Grande Mining (2011-2013): 13DDH@8,527. ~4,000m available to resampling

Central target. Historical (Non 43-101 compliant) potential resource by Rio Tinto in 2006: 400 Mt@0.40% Cu and 0.43 g/t Au, cut off Cu 0.2% 10 DDH@6413m.

Best historical intercepts

~956 m @ 0.58% CuEq (0.28% Cu / 0.29 g/t) (from 78 m) – Anglo American, 2008 was stopped while still in mineralization(1)

598 m @ 0.58% CuEq (0.30% Cu / 0.34 g/t Au) (from 84 m), incl. 330 m @ (0.70% CuEq / 0.90 g/t AuEq) – Rio Tinto 2006(1)

Historically, majors were searching for a >1Bt deposit at >1% Cu as a standalone tier-1 asset

Pimenton failed the historical search criteria and is now viewed as a standalone company-maker project with the potential to achieve tier-1 status

Anglo American’s historical drillhole ended in mineralization

Geophysics indicate that mineralization at the Central target remains open with potential to connect with Ridge and other targets that also remain open

First Quantum decided to terminate the option agreement, largely in part due to the challenging political situation in Chile at the time (2020)

Today's metal prices and desirability for mid-size porphyry projects give Pimenton a new economic context

The deposit that failed a major's screen in 2006 is now positioned as a company-maker at 2026 prices
